Very impressed with the service and the professionalism of Jessie. He arrived when Clockwork said he would; performed a thorough look into the issue at hand; and found the problem to be repaired. Even looking into other areas that might need some attention to as well for future help. I say above and beyond: eager to help the customer!
Fantastic service. Called early on a Saturday and within 3 hours I had my AC unit back up and running. Chris G. was an excellent serviceman who was very polite and knowledgeable. Would recommend for any future use.
I've had several positive experiences with Clockwork. They treat me as if I were someone they know and value: my time and specific needs are considered with all service. Since 2016 when my new system was installed, and then in 2017 the house was re-ducted, they have been responsive and conscientious. Go find that anywhere for a residential customer! I have also been fortunate to have them take care of me for after-hours work when I had a heating issue in the winter. Staff on the phone and in person are helpful and willing to answer questions and address any problem I can propose.
Mack came out to look at my A/C system. I had a No AC power message displayed. He did a great job of getting down to the root cause and got us running. I have known that a new AC is needed and Mack just emphasized that for us. He also gave us more options to get the problem taken care of, for more long term (a year or so). But also suggested that if I was going to replace the unit anyways, then I should consider about The repairs more closely, to see what will be more cost effective. He did take care of the problem-For now, to buy me some time to consider what I wanted to do. I really appreciate the honesty and the professionalism from Clockwork. I will definitely go back to them for any of the A/C issues and highly recommend them as well!! Great job!!
